Remember always what US did in Vietnam when they established a local and foreign force called it the “Phoenix program” which was responsible of killing 250000 Civilians in that country.
Besides that as long as US says Iran and Syria are the next target, both of those countries will insure instability in Iraq in order they protect their countries, something which every nation does.
Add to that 48000 private security personals from all over the world working in Iraq, being paid up to 1000 US dollars a day and employ thousands of Iraqis. Those private securities will be very happy to see things go bad in Iraq so that they continue to work and cash millions of dollars a month.
At last Iraqis are made to pay for that and the West headed by the US should not be blamed not accused of any misconduct nor even care if Iraqis die in thousands every minute.
At the same time, Iraqis have no right to accuse US but they and the world should only remember the 3000 Americans died in 11/9 because according to the inhuman mentality of many westerners, it matters only when it comes to Westerners but not any one else.

Since the second month of occupation, the death sequads activates in Al-Latifyah piovency, started to kill any body named Ali, Hussain , Abbas and the other related names, they were trying to make a spark for a civial war between Shiat and sunne, at that time the US army was still in good performance shape, also the international and Iraqi community was pleased for Saddam removal, after a few months, a new agenda for Al-Qaida group leader at that time Abu Musaab Al-Zergawy, is to spark a civil war in Iraq to weak the Iraqi community , which will increase the Qaida influance between Sunni group who consider them selfs as a minority need the help from the devil him self, the same stratigy was used in Afghanstan in 90’s. thus the other side (Shiatt) hold thier breath till the 21st of Feb. 2006, when the shrain was demolished by Qaida supporters in Sammeraa, what had increased the fire was the supporting of some sunni leadrers to the action of demolishon, by give the religion instruction which execuse the demolish of graves!!!, some shiatt parties, espesially Al-Mehdi army, used this accednet to increase thier poplity between Shiatt, also some sunni groups find it the best way to weak the political process in Iraq, as they consider them self a looser part any way, also by give an idea that democrasy in Iraq is not usefull, and always trying to enlarge the Iranian danger on the middle east, forgetting that the US was about to remove the Iran Mulali rule in months if the situation in Iraq successed!!
We all blame on what happining in Iraq, when we give the execuses, thinking of revenage, seperate between Shiatt and Sunnis, etc. we should support each other, dont give the execuse to the murderers, he;p each other, try to rebuild our country, create a national unity, thus no one can use Iraqis, not Iran, Saudi, Syria ,Turkey, plastinians nither Saddamies, we know all well, and we can see how they live and how they think, after all they want Iraqi people to be slain and they looking for his oil only, as the US do.

It’s a wonderful report , its full of specific information condemns the bad actions of the former and recent ministry of interior against Iraqi people and it fulfill the Iranian desires and agenda in Iraq either by differentiation between the Iraqis or by encourage Shee’a against Sunna like what is happening nowadays.

While I oppose any injustice to anyone, I am somehow puzzled by the intention of Channel 4 to show such documentary and claim all these atrocities committed against Sunnis in Iraq by the Iraqi Police, while everyone knows that the Shia in Iraq have been subject to continuous cleansing process by the Bathiest and Al-Qaeda terrorists group who unfortunately are given shelters and support in the Sunni regions. Any effrot to resolve the problem in Iraq is not to blame the Sunni or the Shia but to help them working together to rid Iraq of the terrorists and support the political process through which people can express their opinion freely and openly, whether they agree or disagree; otherwise we will descend to a far more dark and miserable situation.

السلام عليكم

What was in the report might carry a fact of what is going in Iraqi prisons but it in the same time put an obscure gap about what is happening in the American or British prisons. Eventually many Iraqi people has died with no reason…many of the cause or the instruments of that death is already in a jail waiting alive for their judgment, but we did not see any report about them ! How do they slay a sheii policeman just because he joined this kind of service? How many innocent people got killed just because the live in a Sheii district regardless their religious ID… does you have any kind of report talking about these things? Bush and his defense minister are the roooooooooooot cause for what is happening in Iraq.
The time they invaded Iraq was because of their false claims. Hence they built their strategy on lousy base.
Oil ministery is their main concern this is why nothing lost or damaged from it. But a museum which contains items that goes back thousands of years was not protected.
If someone smart in computer but has not ethic they call hem/her hackers. What about Bush and Donald the lire!! They are hackers but in hard ware , in Hard Iraq.
Am sure courageous and loyal Iraqs will not let US swallow the meal of oil peacefully. They will emerge the oil explosive that will take them away.

No body could express the situation better than Frantz Fanon. In his most sigificant book Wretched and in the concluding chapter of the book Fanon wrot:
“Come, then, comrades; it would be as well to decide at once to change our ways. We must shake off the heavy darkness in which we were plunged, and leave it behind. The new day which is already at hand must find us firm, prudent and resolute.
We must leave our dreams and abandon our old beliefs and friendships of the time before life began. Let us waste no time in sterile litanies and nauseating mimicry. Leave this Europe where they are never done talking of Man, yet murder men everywhere they find them, at the corner of every one of their own streets, in all the corners of the globe. For centuries they have stifled almost the whole of humanity in the name of a so-called spiritual experience. Look at them today swaying between atomic and spiritual disintegration.
And yet it may be said that Europe has been successful in as much as everything that she has attempted has succeeded.
Europe undertook the leadership of the world with ardour, cynicism and violence. Look at how the shadow of her palaces stretches out ever farther! Every one of her movements has burst the bounds of space and thought. Europe has declined all humility and all modesty; but she has also set her face against all solicitude and all tenderness.
She has only shown herself parsimonious and niggardly where men are concerned; it is only men that she has killed and devoured.
So, my brothers, how is it that we do not understand that we have better things to do than to follow that same Europe?
That same Europe where they were never done talking of Man, and where they never stopped proclaiming that they were only anxious for the welfare of Man: today we know with what sufferings humanity has paid for every one of their triumphs of the mind.
Come, then, comrades, the European game has finally ended; we must find something different. We today can do everything, so long as we do not imitate Europe, so long as we are not obsessed by the desire to catch up with Europe.
Europe now lives at such a mad, reckless pace that she has shaken off all guidance and all reason, and she is running headlong into the abyss; we would do well to avoid it with all possible speed.
Yet it is very true that we need a model, and that we want blueprints and examples. For many among us the European model is the most inspiring. We have therefore seen in the preceding pages to what mortifying set-backs such an imitation has led us. European achievements, European techniques and the European style ought no longer to tempt us and to throw us off our balance.
When I search for Man in the technique and the style of Europe, I see only a succession of negations of man, and an avalanche of murders.
The human condition, plans for mankind and collaboration between men in those tasks which increase the sum total of humanity are new problems, which demand true inventions.
Let us decide not to imitate Europe; let us combine our muscles and our brains in a new direction. Let us try to create the whole man, whom Europe has been incapable of bringing to triumphant birth.
Two centuries ago, a former European colony decided to catch up with Europe. It succeeded so well that the United States of America became a monster, in which the taints, the sickness and the inhumanity of Europe have grown to appalling dimensions.
Comrades, have we not other work to do than to create a third Europe? The West saw itself as a spiritual adventure. It is in the name of the spirit, in the name of the spirit of Europe, that Europe has made her encroachments, that she has justified her crimes and legitimized the slavery in which she holds four-fifths of humanity.
Yes, the European spirit has strange roots. All European thought has unfolded in places which were increasingly more deserted and more encircled by precipices; and thus it was that the custom grew up in those places of very seldom meeting man.
A permanent dialogue with oneself and an increasingly obscene narcissism never ceased to prepare the way for a half delirious state, where intellectual work became suffering and the reality was not at all that of a living man, working and creating himself, but rather words, different combinations of words, and the tensions springing from the meanings contained in words. Yet some Europeans were found to urge the European workers to shatter this narcissism and to break with this un-reality.
But in general the workers of Europe have not replied to these calls; for the workers believe, too, that they are part of the prodigious adventure of the European spirit.
All the elements of a solution to the great problems of humanity have, at different times, existed in European thought. But Europeans have not carried out in practice the mission which fell to them, which consisted of bringing their whole weight to bear violently upon these elements, of modifying their arrangement and their nature, of changing them and, finally, of bringing the problem of mankind to an infinitely higher plane.
Today, we are present at the stasis of Europe. Comrades, let us flee from this motionless movement where gradually dialectic is changing into the logic of equilibrium. Let us reconsider the question of mankind. Let us reconsider the question of cerebral reality and of the cerebral mass of all humanity, whose connexions must be increased, whose channels must be diversified and whose messages must be re-humanized.
Come, brothers, we have far too much work to do for us to play the game of rear-guard. Europe has done what she set out to do and on the whole she has done it well; let us stop blaming her, but let us say to her firmly that she should not make such a song and dance about it. We have no more to fear; so let us stop envying her.
The Third World today faces Europe like a colossal mass whose aim should be to try to resolve the problems to which Europe has not been able to find the answers.
But let us be clear: what matters is to stop talking about output, and intensification, and the rhythm of work.
No, there is no question of a return to Nature. It is simply a very concrete question of not dragging men towards mutilation, of not imposing upon the brain rhythms which very quickly obliterate it and wreck it. The pretext of catching up must not be used to push man around, to tear him away from himself or from his privacy, to break and kill him.
No, we do not want to catch up with anyone. What we want to do is to go forward all the time, night and day, in the company of Man, in the company of all men. The caravan should not be stretched out, for in that case each line will hardly see those who precede it; and men who no longer recognize each other meet less and less together, and talk to each other less and less.
It is a question of the Third World starting a new history of Man, a history which will have regard to the sometimes prodigious theses which Europe has put forward, but which will also not forget Europe’s crimes, of which the most horrible was committed in the heart of man, and consisted of the pathological tearing apart of his functions and the crumbling away of his unity. And in the framework of the collectivity there were the differentiations, the stratification and the bloodthirsty tensions fed by classes; and finally, on the immense scale of humanity, there were racial hatreds, slavery, exploitation and above all the bloodless genocide which consisted in the setting aside of fifteen thousand millions of men.
So, comrades, let us not pay tribute to Europe by creating states, institutions and societies which draw their inspiration from her.
Humanity is waiting for something other from us than such an imitation, which would be almost an obscene caricature.
If we want to turn Africa into a new Europe, and America into a new Europe, then let us leave the destiny of our countries to Europeans. They will know how to do it better than the most gifted among us.
But if we want humanity to advance a step farther, if we want to bring it up to a different level than that which Europe has shown it, then we must invent and we must make discoveries.
If we wish to live up to our peoples’ expectations, we must seek the response elsewhere than in Europe.
Moreover, if we wish to reply to the expectations of the people of Europe, it is no good sending them back a reflection, even an ideal reflection, of their society and their thought with which from time to time they feel immeasurably sickened.
For Europe, for ourselves and for humanity, comrades, we must turn over a new leaf, we must work out new concepts, and try to set afoot a new man.”

i am here in Iraq working and i notice that American are trying to help building this country but the thing is neither Shiia nor Sunni wants to help out, they are just trying to kill each other, and they dont want to unite and work as iraqis they want to be Shia and Sunni that’s it. and in this way i dont think things will work at all, because American can leave anytime but i bet the civil war will starts look at them right now they are killing each other and Amercan are here how about if they were not here what will happen? also kurds they dont consider themselves iraqi and dont want to help either but i dont blame them cuz what they went through,
so things will calm down and iraqis sit and work as iraqis instead of thinking as shia and sunni

Yesterday, a bunch of our Iraqi friends came to our house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We were from all over Iraq. Some of us were Sunnis, some Shiites, some Kurdish, some Arabs and some Turkmans. We sat together after dinner, listened to Iraqi music and talked about the good old days in Iraq. Who said Iraqi Sunnis and Shiites are enemies? Before the the US invasion of Iraq, things were just as they were yesterday in our house. No one Iraqi hated another because of religious affiliation or a difference in background. This was all brought by the invasion and by those who hate Iraq and the Iraqi people whteher they are Americans, Iranians,or nationals of other Arab countries who for some reason want Iraq to vanish from the face of the earth. I do not wish that Americans woudl die or Arabs would die or anyone would die to save Iraq. I only pray that the violence, the horrific killings of innocent people in Iraq and the misery of poor Iraqis would stop. I pray to God everyday to put an end to the suffering of the Iraqis. The ordinary and peaceful people of Iraq do not deseve this. I pray for all of th egood people of Iraq to be safe, to live like everyone else in the world is living, to have hope for the future of your children. I pray for you everyday.

The Bush Administration came to power with the idea of invading Iraq. It took them a couple of years to convince the US public to accept the idea, but then they went in.
The US govt is too militarily powerful for its good, or that of the world. It is now time that the US go the way of the Soviet Union and break up into a number of smaller countries. If they became the countries of New England, MidAtlantic, Deep South, MidWest, Texas, Northern Mountain States, Interior SouthWest, Southern California, Northern California, Pacific North West, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico then the less militant countries could deter the more militant ones from rampaging around the world. Each country could get one aircraft carrier and associated fleet; each could start with 1,000 nucliear weapons, with a schedule for decommisioning them along with the 14,000 nuclear “triggers” near Amarillo.
Most may wish to maintain a free trade zone and a common currency, but with separate militaries, they would no longer be such a threat to the rest of the world.

The New Iraq Centre for Media and Studies ( UK ) to sue the Channel 4
ICMS-London-21st Feb. 2007: The new Iraq Centre for Media and Studies ICMS is preparing a case against the Channel 4 following a threat made by Ms. Deborah Davies, the British Journalist who reported a documentary film named Iraq’s Death Squads that was aired on the Channel 4 as well as on some Arabic satellite channels, which ignited enormous controversy in Iraq.
It has been reported that Davies has contacted Dr.Talib Rammahi the Director of ICMS on Saturday the 17th Feb.2007 at 09:19 and urged him to withdraw his comments that discredit the authenticity of her Documentary film.
Furthermore, she said that Channel 4 may take a legal action against him, if he does not comply. During the conversation Mr Rammahi has maintained that the report contains many contradictions and a lot of false information, as she relied on people who have no credibility especially the Iraqi MP Mr Mohammed al Daini.
Dr. Rammahi has already challenged the credibility of the film on his appearance in the Al Jazeera Arabic Channel on Tuesday the 6th Feb. 2007. In addition two reports were published on the New Iraq Centre for Media and Studies website uncovered the untrue information of the Iraq’s Death Squads documentary, as well as the lies of many individuals who were shown in the report.
ICMS considers that despite living in a democratic and civilised society, the call of Ms. Davies is an assault on the freedom of expression, unprofessional behavior and holds unpleasant intention. Nevertheless, the United Kingdom ’s Law does not tolerate such offensive act as it is a liability. Not to mention that this report could have a provocative act and retaliation by Sunni extremists in the U.K against peace loving and law abiding Shi’a Community.
This biased Film contains false information such as:
1- The film shows photos of victims claiming that they were Sunnis, while the victims are totally Shi’a Muslims who were kidnapped by the Sunni Terrorist group in Diala City . And we have a witness who survived the carnage.
2- Ms. Deborah interviewed three persons claiming that they were advisors to Mr Baqer Jabur Al Zubaidi, the former interior minister. The fact is that only one person was advisor to the minister and other two were drivers.
3- The channel 4 reporter misinformed the viewers by depending on documents provided by the Iraqi Sunni MP Mr Mohammed Al Daini. This person who was Ms. Davies’ host throughout her presence in Iraq has fabricated many documents that were shown in the Film.
4- The report has accused the Ex. interior minister Mr Baqer Jabur Al Zubaidi with no credible proofs.
The ICMS is in acquisition of many documents which expose the false nature of this film. Therefore, this Centre has the right to sue the English Channel 4 for its grave mistakes that caused immense damages among the Iraqi nation. Further, demands an apology to the Iraqi Nation and to compensate the families of the victims.
