		<description>That&#039;s a good question. But my opinions don&#039;t matter. What matters is evidence. The only evidence I have is of links, overt not covert, between APA and the military-intelligence establishment. There are revolving personnel, and close efforts, including joint conferences, lobbying for money, etc. 

Also, the division of military psychology (Div 19) seems to exert influence disproportionate to its influence. Is this &quot;infiltration&quot; or simply good organization? 

Is there some other influence? I don&#039;t know, but I&#039;d like to know.</description>
