How can we use this horrific information to bring about the end of the occupation? How can we reach the US public? I am working on the analogy of what the US government is doing to Iraq with the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto. In linguistics we judge the validity of metaphors and analogies by coherence, i.e., the number of elements in common and the degree to which the elements in both are isometric.
Please let me know what you think. So far, using BBC documentaries of the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto, I have found more than a dozen common elements and these common elements are isometric. May I send you this work in progress.
Finally, thank you for your excellent blog.
