I'm a Disabled Vet with PTSD. When I was first hospitalized and first filed a claim in 1979, I was told "I was just adjusting to life". Well, aren't we all? I didn't get fully rated until 1993, and Total and permanent in 1999. The VA just drags their feet, but now it looks like they are starting while still in service. Let something happen though where their life is on the line and they have no problem putting service personel in harms way to protect their health.
