Fourth psychology department adopts interrogations resolution.
November 3rd, 2007
I have just received word from Michael Jackson of Earlham College, the initiator of the movement to have Psychology Departments pass resolutions critical of the American Psychological Association’s position on participation in interrogations, that the Ethics Rebellion in Psychology Departments is escalating. A fourth department joins Earlham, Guilford and Smith in passing the Resolution. The members of the Psychology Department of California State University at Long Beach have unanimously passed the Resolution! Michael also informs me: “As far as I know there has not been a dissenting vote in any of the departments that have adopted the resolution so far, although I can’t confirm this for Guilford.”
