		<description>These changes provide justification for one of the profession's best kept secrets: psychological-administrative violence and torturer by psychologists towards other psychologists.   

The collateral damage is an even better kept secret:  the distress experienced by colleagues and friends who try to minister to the victim of such abuse.  I am currently involved in this capacity and it is tearing me up emotionally.  Nothing in my clinical university training ever prepared me for this.</description>
